YOUR APPOINTMENT

A thoughtful, hands-on approach

Your appointment includes discussion of your symptoms and a gentle assessment of jaw, neck and upper-body movement.

Care may include external soft tissue techniques for the jaw and face, work to the neck and shoulders, gentle mobilization and movement guidance. Any intraoral technique is discussed separately and only performed with specific consent.

INDIVIDUAL CARE

Treatment is adapted to you.

Your comfort and consent guide every stage of the appointment. You may pause or decline any technique at any time, and care is adjusted to your symptoms and goals.

Osteopathic manual therapy does not replace medical assessment. If your symptoms are severe, sudden, worsening or associated with concerning changes, seek appropriate medical care.
