You may be asked to perform comfortable movements so areas of restriction, tension and mobility can be considered.
With your consent, treatment is adapted to your comfort and may include mobilization, soft tissue or myofascial techniques and stretching.
When appropriate, you may receive simple movement advice or home exercises to support progress between appointments.
PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. If access to an area is helpful, options are discussed with your comfort and privacy in mind.
You do not need a referral to book. Some benefit plans may require one for reimbursement, so review your individual policy.
Bring your insurance information if you would like direct billing, along with any relevant reports or a list of medications when they relate to your concern.
Treatment is generally included when it is appropriate and you provide consent. The approach is adjusted throughout the visit based on comfort and response.
